Our services
We build websites for local businesses, and offer monthly plans for hosting, edits, Google Business Profile management and social media. Plans and prices are listed on our website. Exactly what each plan includes is set out in the Client Service Agreement.
Payment
The one-time build fee is due when you sign, after you’ve seen your site. The monthly fee starts on the day your site goes live, renews automatically each month, and is charged through Stripe to the payment method on file. If a payment fails, we retry it. If it stays unpaid after fourteen days, the site may be taken offline until the account is current. Your monthly rate won’t go up for as long as you stay continuously enrolled and in good standing.
All payments are non-refundable. That covers the build fee once it’s paid and any monthly fee for a month that has started. The one exception: if we end the service ourselves, we refund any prepaid time after your site comes down.
Cancellation
You can cancel any time, for any reason, by email or text. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period. You’re billed for the month in progress and nothing after it. Your site stays live to the end of the paid month plus thirty days. We’ll send you the complete site files at no charge.
Ownership
You own your domain name, your content, logos, photos and menu. Once the build fee is paid, your website’s design and code belong to you too. We may show your finished website as an example of our work. We will never use your name in a quote or testimonial without your separate written permission.
What we don’t promise
We don’t promise a position in Google search results, a number of customers, orders or sales, a star rating or number of reviews, or a specific saving on delivery or booking fees. Nobody can honestly promise those.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits. We also aren’t liable for outages caused by third parties, such as hosting providers, domain registrars, Google, delivery platforms, payment processors or social media platforms.
